Situated on the campus of the University of Technology, this restaurant is run by the Department of Tourism & Hospitality Management. Its chefs, waiters, waitresses are all students and are thus inclined to extra effort.
It's a delight to dine on the balcony for views of the Sculpture Park with its magnificent works by some of the Caribbean's best. The decor consists of lots of wood and plants to give an outdoors feel. The food is varied although at times dessert choices are limited. The drink of the day is always some fruit drink from a local fruit such as melon or cucumber
