Description
Conserving all of the original features of the palace that once belonged to the Marqués de Aguas Claras, this restaurant occupies the central patio and the surrounding corridors of this 18th century mansion, which it shares with the La Fuente bar, as well as other rooms used for business or private dinner functions. Although it offers traditional Cuban food, its speciality is meat and shellfish, with dishes such as the Grillada mixta Catedral (a mixed grill), skewers of lobster and prawns, and fillet of fish stuffed with shellfish. The bar offers a selection of wines, beers, spirits and cocktails, and the surrounding decor includes plenty of plants and birdcages with parrot inmates.
