Clery

Description

This restaurant is also one of the busiest bars in the old part of San Sebastian. It is located in the picturesque square Plaza de la Trinidad, in a marvellous environment, the only area which was not damaged by the fire which wiped out the city in 1813. Its cuisine is traditional Basque food, with some modern touches, particularly for meat. Two dishes which you must try are rice with clams and the baked crab. Keep in mind that ordering shellfish (if it is on the menu), will make your meal cost a lot more. When the weather is good you can sit at a table on the terrace in the busy square. Closed for holidays for two weeks in June and two weeks in November.
