Description
Sancho Panza, the companion of the impoverished Spanish nobleman Don Quixote, has made quite an impression on Manuel Carballeda, the owner of this restaurant. A Galician, Carballeda has decorated his restaurant with rough wood, stone walls and dried flowers. Guests can experience the whole range of Spanish cuisine, almost all of which is fat free. The fish dishes are particularly good. The restaurant also hosts the occasional flamenco party.
