Description
Opened in May 1989, this former Pakistani restaurant became the first Irish pub in Brussels. Due to its popularity, many others followed suit. Today there are about 18 Irish pubs in the city. The James Joyce is a cosy wateringhole, and during summer, those preferring fresh air are welcome to take their place in the back garden. Guinness is a popular favourite here, of course. The lunchtime menu includes Irish stew and smoked salmon.
