This young establishment close to Sablon may have a Japanese name, but it isn't an exclusively Japanese restaurant. It offers, as announced in the window, Modern Kitchen, Exclusive Food. Japanese cuisine is offered, but don't be surprised to find French cuisine offered on the menu as well. A long row of stools align the bar for a quick lunch—sushi and sashimi anyone? The interior is colorful and refreshing. There is a lunch menu as well as dinner menu. The food is gorgeously presented and is really delicious.
