This restaurant in the lively Botanique neighbourhood has probably the most daring interior in Brussels. In the blue room, hundreds of white and blue plates hang on the walls, and the other rooms feature red and yellow chequered walls with light emanating from deer heads. It sounds bizarre, but it works. No wonder they called it I'm dreaming. The cuisine is multi-ethnic, inspired from all corners of the globe, from dim sums to kangaroo steaks to more traditional Belgian plates.
