Description
Usually French chefs open restaurants in Switzerland. This is the opposite. Urs Rusterholz and Bernhard Weber created delicacies in Basel at Goldenen Fass, then moved abroad, but fortunately only a stone's throw from the city.
In the small French village of Leymen they run the Couronne D'Or restaurant. In this Art Nouveau restaurant, you have the time to peruse the menu before reaching a decision, which is bound to be the right one. The quality of the dishes is excellent, and they have a good vegetarian selection.
