Restaurant Maxim seems almost like a bubble of the past exploding in the present. The interior was designed with a shade of 1970s Socialism in mind; even the pictures hark back to long gone trends in the art scene, but are perfectly complemented by kitsch lamps on the bar. A playful interior that seems to be coming back into fashion!

Specialities on the small menu include fish and Mediterranean dishes. The salmon set menu is of a surprisingly high standard, but the somewhat nonchalant service lets it down a bit.
