Description
A choice of lamb, chicken or sausage stuffed into pita bread with a dash of salad and a spicy sauce--a kebab. Kyoto's first kebab shop is the eponymous Hamid's, located just where it should be, in the heart of Kyoto's drinking district, Kiyamachi. Everything in this tiny, eccentrically decorated den is JPY500, including the drinks. As kebabs are normally ingested in motion takeaway is available, and perhaps even preferable.
