Located within the New Otani hotel, this restaurant has recently been refurbished and now has a brighter, livelier atmosphere. The interior is impressive, and the many large windows offer a wonderful view from the 18th floor of Osaka Castle and the large park surrounding it. The staff is specially trained and every one of them wears a tuxedo. This restaurant has a large 7-course feast that features cuisine from around the globe. The dinner course costs JPY15,000. The bar specializes in select wines.
