Looking out over the harbor from one of the window tables in the restaurant, which is designed like the deck of an ocean liner, it is easy to forget that you are in one of the world's great industrial and commercial cities. You feel as if you are in the south of France, especially as Hemingway offers excellent French cuisine prepared with fresh, local ingredients. You can order a la carte, but most people opt for one of the courses. Mini courses start at JPY2,800 and full courses at JPY4,000. French wines are also available and start at JPY2,500.
