This restaurant is certainly Japanese, though contemporary, and by most standards top of the line! The interior, lit by warm but dim mood-lighting, uses enormous, close-up photography of flowers, and incorporates the simple lines and angles of more traditional Japanese aesthetics into its design. The menu includes such traditional items as sushi and seafood dishes as well as more unusual originals. Courses range between JPY4,000 and JPY7,000. All-you-can-drink options start at JPY,1500.
