It is hard to say which is the bigger draw of the restaurant, the 30-item buffet for JPY3,000, which includes ethnic dishes from all over the world, or the view from its windows, as it is located on the 48th floor of the World Trade Center Cosmos Tower. Most would say the latter, though you may have difficulty getting a seat by the window. Otherwise, the restaurant is unremarkable, with simple round tables and chairs, and decor reminiscent of a hotel banquet room. Note, too, there is an all-you-can-drink option for JPY1,400.
