Although expensive, this is definitely one of the best Italian restaurants in town. Despite being located in a hotel, once you're inside, you'll no longer feel as though you are in the Marriott.

The interior is wonderfully designed. Everything is crisp and beautifully-presented, with elegant tableware, fine furniture and scrupulous attention to detail.

The ingredients used are quite simply the best i.e. extremely fresh, rare, difficult to find anywhere else and very expensive. The food is very traditional, with nothing risky or overly imaginative. The wine list is extensive and includes some rarities.
