This is another one of those places that seems to have been around forever, but actually hasn't been. In fact it's a fairly recent addition to this busy street. There are always lots of people lounging around here, especially in the cafe section.

The decor is a flash from the past, featuring dark wood tables and possibly plastic plants in the cafe, and a slightly more formal look for the restaurant. They have an outside section which always seems to be full, which is no surprise given the great location.

The cafe serves more beer than coffee in the summer, and lots of coffee in the winter. The restaurant serves up large hearty portions of everything from soup to pasta, at prices that will make you smile. It's one of the biggest bargains in town, and given the incredible location that's hard to figure out.
