Cesarski Palac is styled in a slightly over-the-top Chinese way, but it's fun and relaxed. There's lots of space, and wonderful turning serving trays so that everyone can share in the meal.
Rather than offering one particular style of Chinese food, this restaurant offer some of the most popular choices from different regions. The spicy dishes are rather mild, but there is a delicious (and scorching) pepper sauce to complement your order. The wine list is not extensive but there is sufficient variety. There is a new Mongolian grill restaurant downstairs.
