Description
This is truly a Chinese temple, little towers included, and is home to this classic restaurant, which was founded in 1954 and is located in front of what used to be a Sears in Bello Monte.
Crossing the bridge over gardens, fountains, and tropical shrubs, you enter into lounges decorated with dragons, a variety of designs, wooden folding screens, red tablecloths, and elegance all around. Here, in one of Caracas' stateliest Chinese restaurants, you can enjoy the house specialty of Peking duck. There is also chicken with honey and garlic sauce, prawns with walnuts, fish, shellfish and steamed vegetables.
You are advised to arrive early, as the restaurant is just as busy nowadays as it was in times gone by.
