Description
You will immediately notice the determination of this restaurant's owners to give it a cowboy feel in the heart of the city. From the name itself, and the palm leaf roof, to the barbequed meat and the rustic Venezuelan music, it is immediately apparent that they have not forgotten a single detail in order to evoke the right atmosphere.
The restaurant has remained this way for decades, in this quaint old development of El Paraíso, which is currently undergoing modernization.
The house specialty is barbequed meat, prepared, cooked and eaten as it is on the Venezuelan plains. The usual accompaniments of salad, tamale and the music itself, are offered. All that is missing is a horse.
