This establishment is a combination of restaurant, bar and Andalusian tablao (stage), which presents its Iberian offering in this hotel run by the group Sol Meliá.
With its Valencian name, you can expect a delicious variety of paellas, but the menu also includes good quality Spanish food like el jabugo, Spanish tortilla, la chistorra, prawns and stew with goat cheese or Manchego and a red wine that matches the standard of the food.
The decoration is styled as a Spanish bar, with a lot of wood, leather chairs, beams on the ceiling and mosaics, but the main attraction is the great flamenco tablao which dominates the room, where the party gets going from Thursday to Saturday.
