Just one mustard color wall allows this venue to justify its name; the others are laminated in wood. There are two levels with two separate activities. From Monday to Wednesday, you can have lunch and dine, either choosing from a select menu that includes such delicacies as roast perch from Lake Victoria or crunchy Cedar salad, or a set business menu for 20,000 bolivars which includes a soup, main dish, salad, dessert and drink.
Alternatively, you can go to the bar, which operates independently from Monday to Saturday and has live music shows on Fridays from 8pm.
