La Tertulia (The Chat) is one of the oldest restaurants in La Candelaria, at well over 35 years, and also occupies one of the oldest houses in this popular area. On the first floor of the very narrow, two-storey structureis the bar and some tables. Upstairs there are tables, too, and much less space. The name of the restaurant is certainly valid, as friendly conversation can be heard everywhere. This restaurant is so popular that if you go without company, you'll have to sit at the bar.
