It announces the best of Yuri Kazanski's gastronomical offerings in his impeccable basement café.
The dishes are exquisite, combining traditional Western ingredients with original names like Salmon à la Catherine the Great, Danube chicken, Crêpes filled with black funghi, or Rabat style pork chop. There are three choices of salads: Campesina (peasant), Italiana (Italian) and Mejicana (Mexican).
Overall the menu is very innovative, and Yuri gives the dishes his personal Russian touch. You can also order juices, coffee, crêpes and cakes for breakfast (from 8:30am-until noon).
