The French chef Claude Troisgros has joined the Museu de Arte Moderna, a cultural landmark of Rio, in his new restaurant. With big windows overseeing the trees of the Parque do Flamengo, the décor is light, with white sofas and walls, and so is the food, with salads, quiches, fish and pasta. It is open for lunch only, and is very popular with business people.
