Situated in the heart of Rome, between Piazza di Spagna, Via Condotti and Via Borgognona, this is a sophisticated, exclusive restaurant offering creative cuisine with original interpretations of Calabrian dishes, devised by chef Giuseppe Sentito. The creative skill of the chef can be discovered in dishes such as potato gnocchi with a ricotta cheese stuffing with potato ragout sauce, pigeon breast and foie gras pâté with asparagus and mushrooms, and toadfish with spinach, scampi and pumpkin flowers. Good wine-list. At lunchtime the atmosphere is more informal, and a shorter menu is available.
