This restaurant is located in Hays Galleria, and is a cut above your regular Thai restaurant. The furnishings are rather elegant, inducing an air of sophistication, and the staff's efficiency complements this mood very well.

The alfresco dining experience during the summer is particularly enjoyable, as Kwan Thai has lovely views over Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. The food is equally lovely - try the King Thai platter, which has a little bit of everything on it. The quality is reflected in the prices, which aren't unreasonable, but do tend to be higher than usual. House wine is £3 a glass.
