Description
Both modern and traditional fare is served up in this delightful, homely dining room. Big plush armchairs make you feel like a don in his manor house, or better still the High King - the actual translation of Ard Ri. A medley of mismatched artwork hangs on a single wall. The dining room has beautiful original Victorian frosted glass windows. Food is simple and hearty, with classics such as the unbeatable Colcannon lamb stew and oysters featuring on the menu. Even Guinness finds its way onto it - in the form of a beef casserole. The waiting staff are friendly and efficient.
