Hidden down an alley behind Holborn station and with the words 'Polish Bar' emblazoned on the window, Na Zdrowie is usually bursting at the seams. This is the place to down a cherry vodka, or try a Tatanka (Żubrowka vodka with apple juice) or Wyborowa straight up. Delicious Polish dishes are also available to soak up that liquor - but last orders are at 9.30pm. Potato placki, hearty pierogi and a salad selection are lunchtime winners, and the grub is cheap.
