We went to Den Gouden Harynck a couple of months ago. First we parked our car on the carpark (wich is VERY convenient in the center of Bruges). We both took the lobster as first course, and the pigeon as main dish. The lobster and the pigeon were exquisite. The chef is apparently someone who loves to experiment with all sorts of flavours. The service in the restaurant was also very good. And we were pleasantly surprised that the chef himself came into the restaurant later in the evening, to have a talk with the customers. He's fluently in Dutch, English, French and German as I noticed. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone who goes to Bruges and enjoys a gastronomic meal in a beautiful setting!
