We were a table of 18 where everyone had ordered from the menu. As a group we started with 4 snackplatters of which we shared. Snackplatter alone was amazing. It consisted of steak bites, chicken, lamb chops, huge jumbo shrimp and crab claws. We followed by ordering appetizers where everyone loved the presentations and also each loved their selections. I had the Caribbean Goat Cheese salad which was to die for. Their main courses were so pretty to watch that we had to take in the view before we could start eating. Their steaks are a home-run. The best the island has to offer, hands down. I ordered the Cowboy steak and it was a superb to anyone I tried before. The desserts were another hit. I ordered the Goat Cheese Sorbet which was served with a molecular cuisine method of a caramel spherical yolk with Egg Knock Caviars. Truely amazing !!!!! This is a must visit while in Aruba. Highly recommended.
