Every boat dive had two instructors in the water with between six and eight divers. The lead instructor would take the more adventurous divers down the wall, and the other would stay back with the less experienced.
Gary Nightengale dove with my wife and me almost every day, and never in our vacation experience has someone made such a powerful impact. My wife was newly certified, and Gary worked with her throughout the week. When she arrived she was nervous and timid. By the end of our stay, she felt comfortable floating along the wall in the abyss at 96 feet.
The visibility was extraordinary as was the health of the reef and the abundance of life. We saw a hammerhead, many eagle rays and turtles, and endless varieties of reef fish.
Divetech is truly a first class operation. They were always on time, with a professional staff, and a clean comfortable boat. They can do everything from shallow dives with children to the deepest technical dives.
