We got to our hotel room at 11:00pm after driving 5 hours to discover our AC didn't work. We were not offered a fan, the windows are bolted shut even though they told us we could open them, and we weren't offered a different room. I have tried to ...Read more

The only good thing I would share about the Ellis Hotel in Atlanta is the door man . The rest of the feel from the staff was superficial and mechanical. The room was uneventfully small and lacked functional space while, providing minimal amenities. ...Read more

The hotel decor was very nice and contemporay. There were several security features which alleviated my fears of staying in the downtown area. There were several restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Charged $40 for a meal - though I never dined with them. Front desk took forever to check on the charges - finally removed them. Rooms very comfortable. Staff attentive. Lighting TOO bright in restaurant and lobby.

I had an early check-in, and they hadn't finished prepping the room yet, but that was done quickly while I stepped out to take care of a few things; when I got back, it was all set. The room was not huge, but did not feel cramped; it was just the ...Read more
