The units are arranged in large squares so that they share a large grassy recreation area, pleasant and big enough for everyone to share. Each unit has lawn chairs and a propane barbecue so that it is easy to enjoy the outdoors.
Units will have linens and blankets, and pretty much everything you'll need is provided, even a microwave, with the exception of towels, which you need to bring. Management is quite helpful should you have any problems.
The "resort" has a nice heated swimming pool if you aren't up to swimming in the lake. There are children's playgrounds on-site as well.
The location is excellent! It's toward the back of the town, so it's nicely self-contained and quiet. But the town is only a short walk away. You can make the main beach in 5 minutes.
We were very happy with the place and found it to be a good value. It's great for families, but they do have smaller units. Check out their website for some more info.
They generally only rent the units for a week at a time. However, toward the end of the season (late August to September), they will make exceptions if they aren't full. This is the type of place you generally need to book in advance.
