Atmosphere was noisy.

Found a bug in the room. There were no cookies at the front desk. Had to wait 20 minutes to check in and other family members paid less for their rooms. They had a 2 room suite and I paid more for a regular room.
Amazing hotel, staff were helpful always. Will stay there next time we fly to SC
