Don't Stay

Quote: Rooms are very run down and even an odor in some. Staff is nice but that is the best thing about this place. You feel as if you are sleeping in the hallways with everyone that is coming and going. This is not a quiet hotel at all, no privacy!

Great value for the price

Quote: We had a room with 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa - plenty of space in the room. More than adequate breakfast. Enjoyed the location as it was easy to get around most anywhere in town. All in all very enjoyable stay.

Woman at the front desk at check in was very nice. Housekeeping staff was nice.

Quote: We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The game room has a pool table, checkers and other games. The rooms are very clean. The free breakfast has decent variety. I was pleased with the room. The hotel is fairly new. I'd stay again.

The pool was great and the kids loved playing in the game room. The breakfast... Read the full Best Western Palms Hotel & Suites review

They have added several new roads in Lubbock and have removed some roads so make sure your map is right! Other then getting lost, we... Read the full Best Western Palms Hotel & Suites review
