My experiences with the traavel agency have all been very positive, including my latest stay in beautiful, but very expensive Stockholm. We needed a hotel for one night, as we were getting on a cruise ship to tour the Baltic. Arriving at the no-frills Best Western before check-in time, we were greeted by the very helpful front desk clerk, and were told that we could check in early. The only gripe was a lack of bellboy or even a cart to carry our nine pieces of luggage up to the room. However, we managed, and the clean, bright room we found was most welcoming. The bathroom was also great, modern, and very clean. A superior breakfast buffet was provided the next morning, and again the staff helped us check our luggage in their safe luggage room, so we could tour the city before boarding our ship. The hotel is located in a charming residential area, just about a thirty minute walk from the main area of Stockholm. The walk was on a very interesting main street, filled with restaurants and shops. This hotel was a good bargain, and I would definitely stay there again.
