We had roaches

Customer service was poor. The hotel night manager had no sympathy towards us when we requested another bed. There were roaches in the room.

for the price paid, everything was good. The hotel was clean. the area I was in did not have air but celing fans did the job.

the views from the pilar room was amazing however our windows did not close and fan did not cool the room enough. Also, the room was ant infested.
