Overall Park Inn is a nice hotel. The employees were friendly and helpful, but it was hard to find an available one.
There were a lot of tour groups and the hotel was not staffed to handle them. One morning during rush hours, the café was swamped and the waiters could not keep up. Some food ran out and some coffee cups unfilled.
One evening there was no one manning the reception desk as the only person on duty was at the restaurant supporting a party.
The breakfast buffet was only fair - definitely not as good as those offered by hotels of similar class in Krakow. Room service was pricey but the food was good.
Park Inn is not that central and the walk to Rynek Glowny takes about 25 minutes - not bad but it is an eternity on a rainy and cold day, . Also, it takes forever to cross the busy intersection in front of the hotel.
