They did not have the room I reserved. Offered me a totally unfit room instead. Dirty / unmade bed with a scrummy hot tub in the room.

Quote: They did not have the room we reserved (they gave us 1 bed for 4 people), had already charged our credit card and couldn't issue a refund. The manager was "unavailable" during 2 weeks of phone calls. We will not use this chain again.

Quote: They had my reservation for a month later than my confirmation, which was done online. There was a dirty soap bar still in shower, no other soap to be found. I requested non-smoking room, received smoking. Things were booked up, so I couldn't change.
