Misleading Description

  • 2 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • March 4, 2011
Quote: The only thing accurate about the description is the pool area. The bathrooms have a very distinct plumbing odor. Spacious but desperately needs renovation. TV in the room was malfunctioning, as the volume is always turned to the max as soon as... Read the full Hacienda Hotel & Spa review

Be sure you stay in the new condos.

  • 4 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • February 7, 2011
Quote: We were originally put in a room in the older part of the hote, but we did not like the room. The walls were stuccoed, it had a cold feeling and was not very nice. Once they moved us to the new condos, it was wonderful.

  • April 24, 2009

Great Place To Stay!

  • 4 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • January 12, 2009
Quote: My husband and I stayed here on our first trip to Puerto and it was very good. The rooms were older but clean. The food on their buffets was GREAT! The activities by the pool were fun too. The only down side is that you have to walk about a block... Read the full Hacienda Hotel & Spa review

Avoid if Possible

  • 1 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • November 26, 2008
Quote: They tried to down grade our room, then did not have the room we paid for. The roll away bed had pee and oil stains. It is authentic with dirty floors, with few English speaking employees, local guest children running the halls and pool area. Late... Read the full Hacienda Hotel & Spa review
