This hotel was a great choice for me.

Quote: A very comfortable bed in a smallish room with a smartly done ultra modern shower room. Very nice toiletry things there and a location that really worked for me. The lounge is way better than the breakfast area. I would return in a heartbeat.

Great value

Quote: This hotel is a good value for the money. The downtown SF location is right by China Town and walking distance to many attractions. The hotel itself is a bit stuffy, but that's easily overlooked once you remember the price paid. The rooms are newly... Read the full SkyWay review

Great hotel for price.

Quote: This was one of the best deals I found for hotels in SF, couldn't have had a better experience. The rooms were clean and the staff was great.

The hotel elevator dosen't work, I got stuck in it.

Quote: There were two couples staying at the Crescent, when we checked in there was no valet parking but we had to go down the street to a parking garage and pack our suitcases back to the hotel. When we got to the rooms there were very small, and the... Read the full SkyWay review

This hotel had me wishing I stayed elsewhere.

  • 3 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com

Quote: Don't get me wrong...the pics definitely do it justice and I loved the decor but without some of the key things I love to have available to me I wish I had paid more attention to what I was signing up for. I knew they had a bar and thought the pics... Read the full SkyWay review

Great location

Quote: I was very happy with my stay at the crescent. The location was great, and the staff was generally accomodating. I don't think you're going to get a great view from any of the rooms, but you're not far from most places, and public transportation is... Read the full SkyWay review

Excellent location, fantastic staff & a very hip hotel

  • 5 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • April 12, 2011
Quote: I took a last minute trip to San Francisco and decided to bring along my very pregnant wife & dog. The Crescent was very pet friendly and the staff was extremely helpful with recommendations on tourist sites (and local restaurants & bars). The room... Read the full SkyWay review

Poor hotel

  • April 12, 2011
Quote: The only positive factors are place in the center and price. When I came to the hotel the elevator was broken but I got a room on very high floor and nobody paid attention to my dissability and I got NO HELP to take my luggage to the room. Windows... Read the full SkyWay review

Bad experience.

  • 2 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • March 28, 2011
Quote: The location is okay and front desk was friendly. However, the elevator is ancient! It will accomodate maybe 4 people but not with luggage. While staying there the elevator broke with someone in it and the fire department had to break down the... Read the full SkyWay review

Good location, not so clean, but good price

  • 3 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • March 2, 2011
Quote: The Crescent was an average hotel to stay at. For the price ($90), it wasn't too bad...good location, decent size room, comfortable bed...however, our room was a little dirty. At first glance, it seemed very clean, but then we realized the table... Read the full SkyWay review
