Quote: The check in was some what unsettling due to a malfunctioning credit card machine: immediately the receptionist offered a glass of Champagne to smooth things over very nice touch. It is the little considerations make the Ritz well above the rest.

Quote: The Staff was Great! Location is easy access to everything in Center city and University City. The rooms are very small with a odd musky smell. Changed rooms 6 times till we found one that was somewhat acceptable. The lobby is beautiful.
