Quote: great hotel, but room was too small, staff was wonderful, great location and service I'd go back there but ask for a slightly larger room the bed took up 80% of the space but that was the only drawback , the only place to sit was on the bed.

Clean and comfortable in a great location

Quote: Although the room was tiny, it was well appointed and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful and the location was excellent.

Right price - but very tight

Quote: Attractive lobby, friendly staff.. Room was tiny but modern, clean and functional. Could use another stand or table for suitcase or hooks for hanging coat,s, etc. OK if traveling solo. would have been challenge for two people.

Worth the stay

Quote: I stayed at the GEM Hotel in December. The location is perfect - a block from a blue line stop and a Starbucks in addition to other conveniences. The hotel staff was friendly and the room was neat and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again!
