Quote: Hotel is nice and well kept, but you have to drive or take a cab to get anywhere. They say its close to UT, but not really. Expected ar restaurant or bar but had nothing. Nice hotel but wont stay there again

Quote: This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It is a great location. Rooms are extremely clean, airy and bright and the staff is top notch. We don't plan on staying at any other hotel while in Knoxville.

Quote: A very comfortable hotel with understated elegance. small(ish) boutique hotel with comfortable beds, pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, close proximity to UT (for you football fans). A real value! no swimming pool but nice workout room.
