It takes a couple hours to drive here from Arnold, but is well worth it. The waterfalls are beautiful and plentiful along the roadside. You can just pull off to see them, no hiking required. If you want to see the largest sequoias in the park, then be prepared for a very long hike, and make sure you give yourself plenty of time before dark. Everywhere you look there seems to be some type of wildlife.

This was definitely the highlight of the trip!

Yosemite is one of the natural wonders of the world. From Half Dome to Fallen Leaf Lake, it is simply breathtaking. Photographers will find an absolute paradise of natural beauty, plant and animal life, gracious waterfalls, all in a mystical setting rivaled only by the other wonders of the world. Hiking and camping are abundant, as well as rustic restaurants.
