Admission to the park is 3 LE for the amphitheater and 3 more for the house. It also says you have to pay 10 LE for a camera, but nobody enforces that, so don't pay, just walk in, take pictures at your leisure, and if somebody stops you, then pay. Also, I ignorantly did not realize that you were supposed to buy another ticket for the villa. So I walked back there and when I tried to enter, a guard stopped me. I explained to him in Arabic that I didn't know and asked if he could just let me go through so that I didn't walk all the way back. He agreed and on my way out I gave him a 1 Pound "baksheesh" (tip). He was happy for the tip, and I saved 2 Pounds. So you can try that if you want. If not, just remember that 3 Pounds is less than a dollar, and it's no big deal.
So while the Amphitheater pales in comparison to its brothers in Ephesus, Delphi, or Arles, it is still a nice theater that is worth the half and hour it takes to see it.
