If you are shopping and find a shortage of locally-grown, organic foods, swing by Steep Hill. They provide seasonal organic produce, bulk grains, and frozen veggie food. If you need gluten-free, vegan, or lactose-free snacks or meals, this is the place to go. Non-members pay the price shown plus a 25% mark-up, so it's not cheap for everything. Watch out for the hours; they open in late morning and Mondays open at 12:30.
