Description: Spread out over 250 acres, the University of Oregon is a spectacular campus with a number of achitectural sights and green, leafy pathways. The area around Villard hall is particularly nice for just strolling or sitting under a large tree and relaxing.
This sports crazy town puts Hayward field to good use regularly, with people turning for all kinds of activities besides football. Track and soccer are both big at the University of Oregon. The Museum of Natural History documents the history of regional ancestors, as well presenting the local flora and fauna.
The Knight Library is gigantic and rather gothic, making it an unusual contrast to the otherwise sunny and cheerful campus. But it is a great place to hole up and hide away from the world when you actually need to get some work done. Nearby is the Museum of Art has a diverse collection of many styles, including a strong showing of Asian art.
