Sci Port Discovery Center is a great place to take the kids to have fun and learn! All activities are hands on and very child friendly. They can do things like pretend they’re a captain of a steam boat, ride a stationary bike to produce electricity and light up light bulbs. You could easily spend the day looking and playing with all the exhibits, and the parents can have as much fun as the kids! Within Sci Port, is Shreveport's only Imax Theater. Here you can catch a movie where you’ll go flying over the mountains without leaving your theater seat! They also have a gift shop and an eating area, which serves up things like nachos, hamburgers, drinks, and chips. This would be a great day for everyone!
