The Giants of Sequoia

These trees humble you. The height they grow to is astounding. Walking through the various paths, downed trees have been hollowed out to create tunnels along you walk. Archways have been cut out of some of the larger trees which enable you to walk through the trunk. The majority of the trees have been left alone, thank God, but are just as mesmerizing. The largest living thing on earth, the General Sherman sequoia stands in this park and it even dwarfs some of the other sequoias. A magnificent sight.
